Twin-piston rack & pinion design, double-acting and spring-return; the nickel-plated alloy-steel one-piece output shaft conforms to NAMUR/ISO 5211/DIN 3337 (stainless optional); extruded ASTM 6005 aluminium body (hard-anodized/painted/PTFE/nickel-plated); two independent travel-stop bolts for precise ±5° adjustment on the 90° stroke; preloaded spring packs per torque class; NBR seals (Viton/silicone for high/low temperature). The brochure includes a 27-item parts & materials table, double/single-acting principle diagrams, torque tables (2–8 bar, ST008–ST8500; spring classes K5–K16), air-consumption formulas and weights, mounting dimensions (NAMUR G1/4"–G1/2"), three-position and 120–180° special-stroke notes, and the XSHJ manual handwheel gear range (ratio 26.1–118.1, up to 22,100 N·m).
Scotch-yoke heavy-duty construction for 90° ball, butterfly, plug valves and dampers; SPA symmetric yoke (maximum torque at both ends of travel) and SPB canted yoke (maximum torque at the start end); up to 120,000 N·m spring-return / 240,000 N·m double-acting, max air supply 10 bar; ISO 5211 bottom flange; two independent travel stops ±6°; standard −20 to +80 °C / high −20 to +150 °C / low −40 to +80 °C; IP65. Modular design: handwheel, pneumatic cylinder, spring cartridge and hydraulic modules combine with symmetric or canted centre bodies to cut maintenance and stocking costs. Includes full torque tables (symmetric/canted, double/single-acting at 4/5/6/8 bar), a 39-item materials list, and SPA/SPB dimension tables.

Choose ST for small-to-mid torque conventional valves; choose SP for high-torque heavy duty (large pipeline ball valves, power-plant dampers). SP’s high spring-return torque also suits fail-safe reset duty.
