KZ series multi-turn nuclear-class valve electric actuator
Function and application: The KZ series nuclear-class valve electric actuator is for valve control in 300–900 MWe PWR nuclear power plants and other nuclear facilities. By safety class it comes in three versions: K1, K2 and K3.
The KZ series is a multi-turn valve electric actuator independently developed on the basis of imported Limitorque (USA) technology. Tested by national authorities — performance, irradiation ageing, thermal ageing, mechanical wear ageing, vibration, pressurised thermal cycling, seismic and LOCA accident-environment tests — it performs stably and complies with RCC-E-1993, IEEE 382-1996 and EJ/T 1022.11-1996.
