The JPS series quarter-turn electric actuators from Juxi Mechanical & Electrical (SJMC) span ten torque steps from 100 to 3,000 N·m (JPS100/160/240/350/500/800/1100/1500/2000/3000), plus the JPSL linear series (4–25 kN). Double worm-gear self-locking drive, IP67 enclosure (IP68 submersible to 10 m optional), LCD menu (Chinese/English) with infrared remote, and a PCU smart control card with one-touch auto-calibration — on-off, modulating and flame-proof versions (Exd II BT4/BT6/CT4/CT6) are all available, mounting directly to valves per ISO 5211. JPS series quarter-turn actuator (blue LCD type, from the product brochure)
Hard-anodized aluminium housing with epoxy powder coating and double O-ring seals; totally enclosed squirrel-cage motor (class F); double worm-gear transmission — output self-locking, no brake required; handwheel with clutch for manual operation and externally adjustable mechanical stops; the proportioning control section is separable from the drive so commissioning never stops production; valve position sensed by potentiometer, with the PCU smart card outputting 4–20 mA on modulating versions. The control panel is an LCD menu (Chinese/English) with infrared remote, or DIP-switch configuration; loss-of-power action selectable FAIL CLOSE / OPEN / STOP.

Sizing rule: keep a 30% torque margin over the valve requirement, then read the table; for high/low temperature, seawater, strong corrosion or high vibration consult the factory first. For linear duty choose JPSL04–25 (thrust 4–25 kN, stroke 40–100 mm).
