Automating linear-motion valves (single/double-seat control valves, gate valves, axial-force devices) calls for thrust and stroke, not torque. The LE series linear thrust unit converts an actuator's rotation into straight-line output: thrust from 11.5 to 217 kN, six stroke bands from 50 to 500mm, input torque 30–998 N·m, with self-locking trapezoidal screw — ex stock at about 1/2–1/3 the price of comparable imported units, fitting all major electric actuator brands (ISO 5210 flanges F10–F16), custom sizes on request. Full parameter table and linear-motion sizing guidance below.
| Model | Stroke mm | Overall length mm | Input torque N·m | Max. thrust kN | Screw thread | Input/output flange |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| LE12.1 | 50/100/200/400 | 201–551 | 30 | 11.5 | Tr32×5LH | F10 / F10 |
| LE25.1 | 50/100/200/400 | 201–551 | 60 | 23 | Tr32×5LH | F10 / F10 |
| LE50.1 | 50/100/200/400 | 251–601 | 125 | 39 | Tr32×6LH | F10 / F10 |
| LE70.1 | 80/160/320/400 | 283–603 | 250 | 64 | Tr40×7LH | F14 / F14 |
| LE100.1 | 80/160/320/400 | 283–603 | 500 | 128 | Tr40×7LH | F14 / F14 |
| LE200.1 | 100/200/400/500 | 362–762 | 998 | 217 | Tr40×8LH | F16 / F16 |
Each model's four stroke bands map to different overall lengths (LE12.1: 201mm at 50mm stroke, 551mm at 400mm) — pick the band by valve stroke plus margin. The output end carries a connecting thread (M12×1.25–M20×1.5 on LE12.1–LE50.1; M36×3/M42×3 from LE70.1 up) coupling directly to the valve stem.
Buying tip: the LE series shares the same economics as the quarter- and multi-turn lines — a regular actuator plus an LE thrust unit totals about 1/2–1/3 of an imported integrated linear actuator; ex stock, custom stroke and connecting threads on request.
