The conditioning nozzle is also known as the ISA-1932 nozzle. Supplied with a differential-pressure instrument, the JSY-BP nozzle measures stable single-phase fluid (liquid, steam, natural gas, oxygen, nitrogen, air, coal gas) in closed pipes, designed and made to ISO 5167 and GB/T 2624-94.
Among standard throttling devices it is stable and easy to maintain, and can be used for trade settlement between enterprises. Made to GB/T 2624-93 and ISO 5167, verified to JJG 640-94 without wet-flow calibration, it offers low pressure loss, tolerance of high temperature and pressure, high accuracy, good repeatability, stable discharge coefficient and long life.

Nozzle construction and tappings
The nozzle consists of inlet plane section A perpendicular to the axis, converging curved sections B and C, cylindrical throat E, and protection slot F guarding the edge against damage.
Tappings as shown above: 1. annular-chamber corner tappings; 2. single-drilled corner tappings.
3.1 Measuring range:
3.2 Selection principles: a. low pressure loss required of the throttling device; b. the nozzle measures more accurately than an orifice and needs shorter straight runs.
3.3 For selection see the relevant chapters of the "Throttling Device Service Manual".
3.4 Supply scope: complete the ordering chapters of the manual; constructions designed and made to user requirements.
