Commissioning steps for imported electric actuators (as fitted to licensed units):
1. Tools: socket wrench, needle-nose pliers, voltage tester, multimeter, screwdrivers, watchmaker's screwdriver, special mini hex wrench.
2. Coarse feedback adjustment: de-energize the actuator and handwheel the valve to ~50% (observe the stem position); the 1 kΩ coaxial potentiometer output should read about 500 Ω — if not, loosen the potentiometer fixing screw and rotate it until the reading is correct.
3. Phase check: energize in local mode; press open/close then quickly stop; watch the motor rotation — if reversed, swap any two of L1/L2/L3.
4. Electric limit adjustment (close first, then open):
(1) Close limit: handwheel the valve fully closed (final confirmation by the piping crew); push in the middle clutch and rotate half a turn so the adjusting stem cannot spring out; rotate the screw marked CLOSE until the close limit switch actuates. If the valve is fully closed but the switch has not actuated, rotate the close-adjust screw with the closing direction until it presses the switch; if it actuates early, rotate against the closing direction until the valve is fully closed and the switch just actuates. Reset the clutch before adjusting the open limit.
(2) Open limit: same method as for the close limit.
(3) Rule of thumb: if a limit acts too late, rotate along the adjusting-screw direction; too early, against it.
5. Torque limit switches: open and close directions each have a dial — adjust the screws per the dial marking as required (torque switches protect against jammed-closed and seized valves; generally left as set).
6. Feedback signal: same as ordinary ZKJ-type actuator signal adjustment.
