The CKDH (multi-turn) and CKDJH (part-turn) are HENGCHUN's nuclear safety class 1E K3 valve electric devices, licensed for nuclear safety equipment, serving gate valves, control valves, dampers, butterfly and ball valves in radioactive waste treatment, ventilation and makeup-water systems of nuclear plants.

CKDH Multi-turn Series (1E Class K3)

• Torque range: 40–2000 N.m
• Control: on/off, modulating
• Certification: 1E class K3
• Applications: nuclear gate valves, control valves, etc.

CKDH delivers motor power through worm gearing to multiply torque (thrust output available via conversion devices).

• Torque range: 100–1000 N.m
• Control: on/off, modulating
• Certification: 1E class K3

• Torque margins, seismic and ageing qualification of nuclear-safety actuators are defined by the procurement contract; confirm interfaces and qualification documents with the nuclear island/conventional island designer
