YEPEF (Yangzhou Electric Power Equipment Manufacture Co., Ltd.) is the factory recognized and licensed by Siemens of Germany to manufacture the 2SA3 series electric actuators. The 2SA3 series is YEPEF's multi-turn mainstay, serving process-control valves in power, petrochemical, and other industries for decades.

The 2SA30 is the on/off (two-position) type; the 2SA35 is the modulating type (accepting modulating commands, able to hold any intermediate position) — together covering drive requirements from small valves to large ones.
The 2SA3 mechanical structure is classic and clear: motor → intermediate shaft → worm → torque lever → main housing → output shaft, with a travel shaft for travel control and a manual section with changeover device for hand operation. The self-locking worm gearing and the torque-lever detection mechanism form the physical basis of travel cut-off and torque protection.
