SND standard valve electric devices represent the classic form of power-station actuation — incremental (standard) designs complementing the intelligent non-intrusive line, in multi-turn and quarter-turn families with regular (W) and explosion-proof (BW) suffixes, ideal for budget-conscious users with conventional maintenance practices.

ZB Series: Standard Multi-Turn

Size range (regular W / explosion-proof BW suffix):

• ZB5-18/40, ZB10-18/40, ZB15-18/40, ZB20-18/40, ZB30-18/40, ZB40-18/40 (small frames)
• Larger frames extend through ZB60, ZB90, ZB120, ZB180, ZB250, ZB350, ZB500, ZB800, ZB1000, ZB1400, ZB1600, ZB1800, ZB2000 (torque steps matching the intelligent SND-Z line)

Designation example (ZB20-18/40W): ZB = standard multi-turn series; 20 = frame/torque step; -18 = output-speed code; /40 = allowable-thrust code; W = regular, BW = explosion-proof.

ZC Series: Standard Multi-Turn (Alternative Frames)

The ZC series provides an alternative frame division for standard multi-turn duty (gate and globe valves), also with W/BW suffixes.

QB Series: Standard Quarter-Turn

Quarter-turn (90°) standard devices for butterfly valves, ball valves and dampers, sized by torque steps, in regular and explosion-proof forms.

DQ Series: Standard High-Torque Quarter-Turn

High-torque quarter-turn sizes (DQ200~DQ40000, mirroring the intelligent SND-DQ), formed by stacking a secondary reduction onto the standard multi-turn base, for large butterfly valves, ball valves and dampers.

Selection Notes

• Intelligent vs standard: the intelligent line (SND-Z/Q) is non-intrusive with LCD, 4~20mA modulating control, fieldbus and Bluetooth configuration; the standard line (ZB/ZC/QB/DQ) focuses on digital on/off control with a mature, service-friendly structure. Torque steps correspond — choose by budget and control requirements
• Explosion-proof: suffix W = regular, BW/BS = flameproof; select per the hazardous-area classification
• Stacked supply: high-torque duties are ordered as "multi-turn base + secondary reduction (DQ/ZTZ)"

Connection dimensions follow GB/T 12222 (multi-turn) and GB/T 12223 (part-turn), compatible with mainstream valve flanges.
