· Cylinder: extruded aluminium (ASTM6005) body with fine-machined internal surface and premium internal/external corrosion protection — low friction, long life, strong corrosion resistance;
· Drive train: double-piston rack and pinion design — compact, symmetric mounting, easy direction reversal, swift action and long service life;
· Bearings & guides: composite bearings and guide rings behind the piston racks give precise action with low friction and extended life;
· Springs: modular pre-loaded coated springs maintain stable output force over a long life;
· Precision & fasteners: high-precision gears and racks with minimal backlash, high transmission accuracy and high output power; stainless steel fasteners throughout;
· Standard interfaces: output shaft slot and bolt holes, top mounting holes and air ports per NAMUR standards; bottom mounting per ISO 5211 and DIN 3337 — solenoid valves, limit switches and other accessories bolt on directly, matching all mainstream valves.
